Terms & Conditions for PCD Pharma Franchise – Saphnix Medicure

At Saphnix Medicure, we believe in building transparent and trustworthy partnerships with our franchise associates. The following terms and conditions are designed to ensure smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and a clear understanding of mutual responsibilities. We encourage you to read them carefully before entering into a business association with us.

Eligibility

Must have a valid Drug License (20B & 21B) and GST registration; pharma sales experience preferred.

Mandatory Documents

Photocopies of the following documents must be submitted:

  1. Drug License
  2. GST Registration Certificate
  3. PAN Card
  4. Aadhar Card

Product & Pricing

Adhere to MRP and company-set profit margins; price changes require approval. GST will be charged as per Government rules.

Minimum Order

Maintain a minimum purchase requirement per month 25,000 to 30,000.

Territory Rights

Exclusive/semi-exclusive rights; selling outside assigned areas requires prior written approval.

Marketing Support

Company provides brochures, samples, and promotional materials; extra marketing costs may apply.

Payment Terms

Payments are prepaid or on credit (based on eligibility); late payments incur penalties.

Stock & Returns

No return of unsold stock unless defective; expired stock is non-returnable.

Compliance

Follow all pharmaceutical regulations; unethical practices may result in termination or legal action.

Agreement & Termination

Valid for 1 year; can be terminated for non-performance, unethical practices, or delayed payments with a 30 day notice.

Pricing Policy

Prices and MRP may change without any prior notice.

No Return Policy 

Goods once sold will not be taken back.

Promotional Material

Provided as per requirement — includes Visual Aid, Order Book, Visiting Cards, Reminder Cards, MR Bag, etc.

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes will be subject to Karnal Jurisdiction only.
